How do pick ups & drop offs work?

For full-day bookings, we offer pick-up and drop-off by foot within a mile radius in Forest Gate, Leytonstone, and Aldersbrook. Pick-ups start at 8am, and drop-offs are from 3.30-4pm onwards. If you won't be home, you can provide us with a key or key safe code. Please contact us for more information.

What day/times does day care operate?

We are open Monday to Friday. Our half days run from 8am to 12pm. Full days run from 8am to with drop offs starting at 3.30-4pm onwards. Retail is open on Friday's and Saturday's 10 - 4

Do you take un-spayed/un-neutered dogs?

No we do not. Puppies that are too young to be spayed/neutered are welcome, with the view that they will be spayed/neutered at the appropriate age. We cannot under any circumstances take any female dogs whilst they are in season.

Are you insured and licenced?

Arlo’s is a fully licensed and insured doggy daycare.

Do you walk the dogs?

Yes. Both half day and full day dogs have a 1 hour+ walk in the local choice of green spaces. Full day dogs have an additional walk before drop off walks start.
